About the company

Established in 2012 in Herat (Afghanistan’s Saffron Hub), Kaihan Saffron Agricultural Limited is a woman led agriculture enterprise dedicated to saffron cultivation, processing, and export. Through our farm to market approach, we are in full control of every step-in saffron production including hygiene and quality. Having a well-equipped processing center with fully automatic saffron drying machine, we are in the best position to produce top quality saffron meeting ISO 3632 standards. Mission: Connecting Afghanistan to global saffron markets/consumers and increase Afghan Saffron’s Global market Share and contribute to rural economy and increase women’s access to economic opportunities. Long Term Whole Sale Partnership: Our long-term whole Sale partnership approach allows our customers to have their own brand with desired quality and quantity. We dedicate a saffron farm for them and process saffron based on their quality and hygiene expectations.
